💡 Pro Tips for Gulf NRIs

• 1.Start the Apostille process at least 4–6 weeks before your registration date — Indian Embassy queues in Gulf are long
• 2.Get 10+ passport-size photos — banks, SRO, mutation office and your POA holder all need copies
• 3.Your POA must be registered at a Kerala Sub-Registrar Office after apostille — an unregistered POA is not accepted by banks
• 4.Always get 2 sets of photocopies of every document — one for SRO, one for your records
• 5.EC (Encumbrance Certificate) must be fresh — most banks reject ECs older than 3 months
